Thai Yoga Basics for Family and Friends

In Pranakriya Yoga, we use our yoga practice as a way of enhancing our day to day life experience. Combining common (and uncommon) asanas with breathing techniques, our practice weaves together an experience that shows us the potential contained in our body, our perception and our heart. This All-Levels practice will offer you an opportunity to feel deeply into your body, while exploring and releasing tensions and patterns that you hold deep in your body and your life.
