Thai Yoga Massage for Couples
In this workshop, couples will learn how to perform a mini Thai Yoga Massage on each other.

Thai yoga massage is a combination of gentle rocking, range of motion work, stretching and gentle pressure along energy lines resulting in a deep state of relaxation. Receiving a Thai yoga massage is a bit like an effortless, passive yoga session, while simultaneously getting an acupressure and reflexology treatment.
In this workshop, couples will learn how to perform a mini Thai Yoga Massage on each other that can be repeated on loved ones at home. Participants should wear comfortable clothing that is suitable for practicing yoga and allows for a full range of motion. While you are giving the massage, you will likely become very warm but when it is your turn to receive one from your partner, you may become chilled. Therefore, wearing layers is advisable. During half of the class you will be lying on the floor, so bring a pillow and/or whatever else you need to do this comfortably.
