Full Description

Experience Yoga every day for five days and feel what moves you.

We are either moving toward balance or away from it at all times. I invite you to guide your body, mind, and spirit towards balance by immersing yourself in the practices of physical movement (asana), breath movement (pranayama), emotional movement (meditation), and spiritual movement (liberation).

While walking in the glow of the sunset, I was struck by the many sensations that are experienced through movement in all parts of our being. So often we see movement as only a physical act when truly our whole life is about movement and the direction thereof. Sometimes that movement takes us away from what is more real in ourselves.

WavesIn my evening meditation I reflected on my own discovery of past conditioning that was so familiar I didn’t realize how it was limiting the balance of my life. With my recent studies about Dharma (life purpose) I gained a new vantage point which allowed me to see the current wave I had been riding for a long time. Hindsight offered clarity which inspired a new way of moving. Time to ride a new wave in this ocean of life. I’d like to share this experience with you.
