Savasana, or final relaxation, is said to be one of the most important elements of any yoga practice because we return to that place of ‘’knowingness’’. It is also said that the quality of one’s experience in savasana is a true reflection of the quality of one’s yoga practice. If this is true, then how can we, as mindful students, skillfully balance our yoga practice so that in savasana we can openly melt into that infinite space of ‘‘knowingness’’ where we meet the Self.
Come explore the depths of a balanced practice through asana, pranayama, mantra, and meditation, paving the path to the mastery of savasana and the unfolding of the Self.
