The Booty Barre Challenge
Whip your body into shape with this exciting 2 month challenge. Booty Barre is a world wide fitness routine that beautifully fuses Yoga, Pilates and Dance into a fast, fun, fat-burning, calorie torching workout. Props used include: a ballet barre, a sponge ball, hand weights and resistance bands. Yoga mats are used at the end of each class. Please bring yours along if you have one!

Once you've registered for this awesome workshop, your 2 month challenge will begin. You will register each week for the Booty Barre, Yoga or Pilates classes you would like to attend. About the Challenge:
Enroll and begin your challenge between March 1st and March 15th The challenge kicks off on March 1st, 2014 and concludes 2 months after you begin (no later than May 15th)
You will receive 2 months of unlimited classes (for Booty Barre®, Yoga and Pilates)
You will also receive a healthy eating plan to facilitate fast and effective weight loss
There will be weekly prize giveaways (March 1st through May 1st) Participants will be competing for the grand prize of 2 months of unlimited classes (a $198 value)
Two grand prizes will be awarded: one for most weight lost (percentage); one for most inches lost.
Participants will have their measurements taken by our trained instructors at the beginning of the challenge and at the end. Want to hold yourself accountable and really see results? Invite a few friends to take on the challenge with you!
