The Centered Self was born from the realization that I deserve my love and attention more than anybody else. And so do YOU! By giving time and love to yourSelf, your capacity to give love is expanded. Centering yourSelf gives you the foundation you need to be able to offer the best of yourSelf to others.

The Centered Self is a week of Self Centered Self Care. Giving yourSelf time to simply be yourSelf is one of the most valuable luxuries in the world today. Imagine the impact on your life when you give yourSelf the same level of love and attention you give so freely to others. Radically shifting our attitude about Selfcare from a luxurious indulgence to ritual health care, we see that by giving to ourSelves, we are able to give even more to others.
