Our state of being is manifested through our breath.
Breathing is internal movement and underlies movement of the body through external space. Movement, in turn, alters our breathing process. Breathing is organized in patterns and can be consciously known. As the breathing process is sensed and felt, it supports our inner sense of self and calm. It enhances our creativity, clarity of mind and effortless movement.
