The 5 Tibetans represent a great way to keep your body in shape. It is a warming movement practice which activates and opens the body and the Chakras to bring forth vibrant health in body, mind, emotions and spirit.
We will then move through a beautiful soft,flow yoga using our breath as an anchor to the movement as we flow from one pose to the next. And finish off with a relaxing guided meditative savasana.
