Bend and Bloom is thrilled to host this inspiring 96-year young yoga grand master and explore the eternal energy of yoga.
Type of Event
A Saturday afternoon with Julie and Tao!
Early pricing before 10/18.
Julie will co-teach with Tao to integrate breath and movement using the Four Pillars of Yoga: pranayama (breath work), mudras(gestures), bandhas (energetic locks) and chakras (energy centers). These subtle body practices are universal to yoga and open the path to universal spiritual consciousness. Class will include vinyasa sequences, with Tao’s metaphoric view of life as a ‘yoga tango’ to experience and revel in as we explore the rich potential of the body to renew, heal and revitalize.
