A £200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your booking.
The remaining £345 is expected 13th November
If you book after the 13th November, you will need to pay the full fee up front.
If for some reason you cannot attend prior to making your booking, you
will be responsible for finding a replacement.

In our luxury hideaway, your soul will tap into the serenity of stillness whilst your body with be nourished from the inside out.
These three days will give you the chance to nestle down into your mindfulness & yoga practice beneath the therapeutic warmth of the far-infrared heaters. This retreat is for those who are looking to extend their mindfulness meditation training with periods of silence for full immersion.
Your body will get some much-needed mid-winter TLC with a massage, hot tub bubbles, sweet sauna time, and locally sourced tasty dishes…

7:00 Rise with a deliciously energising smoothie and tea/coffee.
8:00–10:00 Yoga and mindfulness practice.
