1. Understanding you

This involved comprehensive tools of understanding your physical body: what works and doesn't work for it.
Your mental body: how thoughts influence your wellbeing.
Your emotional body: how to listen to your heart.
And your spiritual body: how to grow and expand your spiritual connections within yourself.

2. Understanding others

This module focuses on how we relate to others mentally, emotionally and spiritually and how positive or negative cords and contracts bind us and can interfere with our wellbeing. Here we learn tools to free ourselves from toxic or negative bonds and connect to others from a space of balance and harmony.

3. Finding your life purpose

Every one of us has a life path and journey and in imprint to leave here on earth. Here we learn how to align to our passions and connect to our life path with ease without being attached to past successes or failures.
Once a person learns his or her life purpose they live in a state of continuous contribution and receptivity.

4. Co- Creating with ease, joy and glory

Here we learn about the laws of attraction and creation. How to manifest your desires and step out of a lack mindset into a lin abundant mind set.
