This healing retreat will focus on connecting back to your precious heart space and opening again to a deeper gratitude and connection with the self, the world and the gift that is everyday life. Taking precious time out from the demands of life will refresh you, inspire you and ignite you like nothing else. This retreat is being held at the beautiful eco-luxury Floating Leaf Resort in Bali with a full inclusive itinerary. The open-air Yoga Sanctuary with views of the Indian Ocean and Mount Agung Volcano has been heralded as “Asia’s best place to practice Yoga”.
One of our excursions is a trek in the Muntigunung region of Bali. In cooperation with Floating Leaf’s favourite Balinese charity, Muntigunung Community Social Enterprise, offering a beautiful and enlightening trek through this remote area in northeast Bali. The ocean, lake and volcano views are simply breathtaking, plus you get to meet and interact with the people of the village. Learn their story, connect with them, and see how this charity has had such a profound impact on the lives of so many in this once forgotten region. Perhaps no other activity we offer is more inspiring (all the money goes to the charity) and as naturally splendid.
Of course no yoga retreat is complete without a massage and spa treatments. The Melati Spa offers spiritual traditional Balinese treatments and organic, eco-friendly spa therapies designed to nurture health, beauty and rejuvenation.
