The Yoga Sutras were the first "self-help" book ever written in 400 It is a collection of 196 aphorisms written in Sanskrit and was initially intended to be recited daily and memorized so the seeker remembers how to achieve lasting happiness.

In this workshop we will explore the second chapter of Patanjali's Yoga Sutra: Sadhana Pada. This workshop will include traditional call-and-response chanting and philosophical exploration of key sutras. Handouts will be provided for the verses covered, but you are welcome to bring your favorite Yoga Sutra translation.

All levels of seekers are welcome!
