Learn how to release "stuck stress" that gets trapped in your connective tissues causing cellular damage and resulting in aches, stiffness, insomnia, digestive problems and injuries.

The Method® (Miofascial Energetic Length Technique) is a scientific, pro-active self-treatment technique that helps prevent pain, heal injury and erase the negative effects of aging and active living. MELT simulates the hands-on techniques to eliminate stress, pain and dysfunction.

Through specialized usage of three specialized small balls and soft foam rollers, the connective tissue becomes hydrated and lengthened leaving you feeling taller and and making movement easier.

Participants should bring their own yoga mat if they own one but all other materials used for the MELT Method will be supplied.
