We are committed to supporting you in this exciting journey by creating a safe space for you to develop a mindful movement practice that emphasizes function over aesthetics, encourages you to think critically, be curious and playful; and empowers you to have your say on the evolution of Yoga.

Whether you aspire to teach or want to deepen your knowledge and personal practice, our training will equip you with a strong, practical toolkit to take into the world.
