This is a two hour experience of cultivating awareness, and nourishing the body and mind through an afternoon of mindful eating practices and meditation. There will be an introductory lecture on the science and practice of mindful eating and its role in promoting health. Natalie will also take you on a 'one day' journey of eating with awareness (mindfulness). This will include food sampling, meditation and recipe ideas.
