Beautiful golden light, silvery-shimmering Olive groves, hidden beach coves with a turquoise-blue sea and long stretches of sandy beach - these are all perfect ingredients for a Yoga holiday away from the stresses and strains of daily life.

You will stay in the newly-opened Club Mythos Corfu situated in the picturesque village of Arillas. Centrally situated and yet peaceful and quiet. The beach, cafés, bars and little shops are just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is surrounded by olive groves and offers its guests the opportunity to relax on the beach or enjoy long walks to hidden coves or old mountain villages.

In the first week we will enjoy an extended morning practice of 3 – 3.5 hours. At daybreak we will greet the new morning in silence with a meditation, kriya and pranayama practice. After that we will flow in a dynamic asana practice in which the focus is on the precise placement of the body so that body, mind and soul, as a team, become one-pointed in their focus. In this way we create conscious awareness, restore balance and connect to our inner essence. Allow yourself to be inspired!
In this first week the afternoons are free for you to enjoy the beautiful beaches, walk in the cool olive groves, or simply treat yourself to a massage and relax in a hammock in the shade.
This week can be visited together with week 2 or they can be booked separately.
During week 2 we will practice 5 – 5.5 hours a day. The morning schedule is the same as during week 1 but in the evening we will enjoy 2 hours of restorative/yin yoga in addition to mantra practice. Thus week 2 is an intensive yoga week.
Claire is a passionate yoga teacher and has been a yoga student for over 25 years. Her teaching style is clear, purposeful, humorous and engaging. Her focus is on correct alignment in order for optimal breathing and flow of energy to take place. Each and every moment on or off the mat is an opportunity to live and breathe freely - it begins with conscious placement of the body, evening out imbalances and ultimately finding peace of mind! Claire adapts her classes to suit the needs of the participants and where necessary provides modifications of positions so that each participant is able to practice at his level of experience and deepen his experience.
Accommodation (7 nights) in a double room in ‘Haus Hoys’ or an apartment. (Double rooms may be used for single occupancy at a slight increase in price.)
