These three three-hour workshops on consecutive weekends reveal the principles as described by Patanjali and how they can empower your practice and enrich your everyday life. You will learn: the methods of practice and renunciation; the meaning of the eight limbs of yoga; the principles of yoga philosophy; and the ultimate “goal” of yoga.
