This retreat is for anyone who wants to slow down, deepen their yoga practice and experience the peace and clam of sea and sanctuary. Each day there will be two form and flow hatha yoga classes offered. Each class includes meditation, claiming breathing techniques and asana (physical postures).

Morning yoga class will be more upbeat preparing the body for sun and surf and the evening classes will be more meditative and mellow, targeted at relaxing the body and mind.

All are invited, whether you want to do yoga and surf or just practice yoga, be ready for a life enhancing retreat. All levals welcome!

Form and flow is a practice that guides students towards personal alignment and deeper connection to the breath. These classes place an emphasis on safety of form, offer a variety of variations for postures and promote greater strength and flexibility, via an intelligent flowing sequence.

Drawing on his 23 years of yoga study and experience, Kenny Graham teaches yoga in a way that is accessible, intelligent and inspiring. His classes are taught as “form and flow” which blends breath work, meditation, movement and music. He honors the fact that each body is unique, and that alignment is a personal journey. His teaching helps to free limiting mental patterns, lighten the heart and increase body awareness.

Kenny teaches with a focus on equanimity of movement to counter modern-day imbalances, which helps restore the body to its natural fluidity and balance. Through the functional applications of posture, breath and meditation, he helps students to discover their own unique alignment in the world.

With a BA in psychology and registered with Yoga Alliance at the highest level (E- RYT®500), Kenny teaches yoga in Santa Cruz CA and leads teacher trainings, workshops, retreats and festivals in the Bay Area and Worldwide.
