There will be a special class next Monday at a new venue, the radiant light studio close to square Ambiorix.
In order for us to propel ourselves into the realms of the divine, we need solid grounding. We will work in a special kriya to ground ourselves in the earth, with the help of the shamanic drum. This will be a fairly active kriya working on our pelvic region and the lower triangle. We will then connect with the higher realms through meditation. The drum will be present and the effects of our work will integrated through the subtlety of the sound of the Gong.
