Relieving back pain, tension & posture problems
Two group-coaching intensives covering a range of stretches and techniques to relieve back pain and tension. This session will focus on upper backs and shoulders.
Type of Event
Clients will learn how to:
Soothe and relieve back pain and tension
Improve spinal mobility and alignment
Safely build core strength in back and abdominal muscles, to help protect against injury
Suitable for: Males & females aged 35-60, beginners and improvers. People suffering with lower back issues and pain.
