The Yoga Bolster - 10 Ways to get You started
In this workshop I will give an introduction how you can use your bolster in active and restorative poses.
Type of Event
Please bring the following:
1. Two Blankets (can be bath and or beach towels of the same, as much as possible, weight and texture)
2. One cover for your eyes.
3. One small towel to roll or place under your head if needed, the blankets will be being used otherwise.
4. Optional: A cell phone with a camera or a simple camera so you can also have a photo of the set-ups as a reminder. Something easy to use so I or someone else can do a quick photo.
BUT - DON’T bring your bolster - I will supply you with a bolster for the workshop.
There will be a handout, which you will receive, including the various poses we do.
No prior yoga experience needed.
