Full Description

We are all unique therefore we all want different things from our yoga, that is why I believe in creating classes that deliver something for everyone whether you’re interested in losing weight, building muscle, socialising or simply wanting to find yourself immersed in the ancient practice itself.

Over time I have developed my own unique style which flows into a mixture of body conditioning (Strength/Tone), alignment (Technique/knowledge) and meditation (Relaxation/Deep Practice). My aim is to encourage more people to try yoga, break down the stereo-typical preconceptions and allow themselves to be immersed in its many benefits. I deliver classes that allow people to chart their progress, which allows anyone to start from the very bottom (pre-beginner) and to slowly develop on their practice with me. So far my students have made dramatic progress in only 3-4 classes!

Yoga is my passion and when teaching I like to think that I am creating experiences to share in, not just delivering another boring generic yoga routine that is repeated week in-week out. The environment you will expect to receive from my classes are warm, open and inviting allowing the classes to be free against judgment with a down-to-earth approach. I constantly enforce the ego to be separated from the practice…
