Come and experience a 2.5 hour introductory class to Tigress Yoga with Wendy Phillis. Enjoy the wonderful atmosphere we create for you to feel safe and free to awaken and celebrate your feminine body.
This womanly approach to yoga will support you to feel more self-
love. It will cultivate your female vitality and nurture you into your sensual embodiment.
This class is also for women who would love to add an extra Tigress Yoga class to their week. You are very Welcome ♥
