Full Description

The Body&Wellness weeks offer the ultimate “on and off the mat experience” allowing you to totally absorb back into nature. During your week of pure self indulgence, you will be carefully guided through toning exercises, yoga practices and other activities, tailored to the physical and mental abilities of the participants and fully complimenting the rest of the days.

The end of your stay with us will be the beginning of a new life – healthier and more full of vitality than ever before.

Re-boot and Re-juvinate - A week of Indulgent Experiences to satisfy all senses.

Each morning, there will be a chance for you to join one or two classes. These programs will be focussing on strengthening, rejuvenating and releasing the body, creating a feeling of grounding, centring and freedom. Exercises will give greater strength to the abdominal and back and legs, tone arm muscles, increase flexibility, and will gently raise the heart rate to get blocked energy flowing again, creating new patterns and giving you that amazing "feel good" factor! In the afternoon, Yamuna will lead you through some new experiences of connection, with fun and original programs, such as therapeutic AcroYoga, Creative Dance, and Thai Massage, allowing you to really experience different ways of moving and working out. All classes are for all levels and it is not necessary to have any experience in any of the programs we offer in this week.

Each day will offer you a new experience, and our guest partner for this week invites you to try Thai massage, Creative Dance, Qi gong, Therapeutic AcroYoga, and even Stand Up Paddle Board! (let’s discuss how we want to position this…)

Our private chefs will show off their talents with some cooking demonstrations, so you too can learn to make some delicious raw food delights! Our chefs will cook mainly vegetarian food, and are happy to cater for all food allergies and preferences, so please be sure to let us know when booking.

We have two organised afternoons and evenings where we will explore this magical island, taking you to Es Vedra, supposedly the 3rd most magnetic point in the world, and a fun chance to go down the sand dunes to the Lost City of Atlantis and bathe in her green emerald pools. We will finish at the famous Sunset Ashram to watch the breath taking sunset. We will also make a trip and guided tour of Ibizas Historical Old town, and have a free afternoon to shop in the unique boutiques there.

On most nights we will eat in the gardens of the villa, and after dinner there will be some evening entertainment organised, with trips to the Famous Hippy Market, and some special in house surprises to give you a real taste of the spirit of Ibiza.

If you fancy something a little more adventurous after brunch, we invite you to try Stand Up Paddle boarding classes with Yamuna, or Horse Riding, Kayaking, or exploring some incredible hidden treasures on a guided walk with Nicole.

Afternoons and evenings offer you the chance to lie back and enjoy the ultimate of all pampering, and our private masseurs and therapists will be on call to offer you hot stone, thai, sports, ayurvedic massages, facials, mani/pedicures, waxing, amongst many other treatments. Yamuna Devi
Yamuna started at an early age with yoga, exploring Kung Fu and different styles of dance and travelling to India training in Indian martial arts, and traditional dance. Working as a dancer in Europe and the Far East, she continued her education as a teacher of Hatha and AcroYoga, offering classes and workshops around the world. Yamuna is one of the leading yoga teachers offering teacher training educations in Goa, India. During this week Yamuna will be happy to offer flow classes, partner flow, therapeutic flying, creative dance and thai massage. She is also a Stand Up Paddle Board instructor.

Nicole Gibbard
Originally from England, Nicole has spent the past 16 years Personal Training, managing fitness centres and teaching fitness and yoga in Switzerland. Currently the project manager of Top Hill Retreats, Ibiza, she has an in-depth knowledge of the island and all it has to offer. She is also the bodyART educator for England and Luxembourg, the founder of Yoga 4 Horse Riders and the of the retreat company, yOgAcTiViTy.
She is a keen hiking guide, mountain biker, snow boarder, swimmer and horse riding instructor. With over 10 years experience of organising fitness and yoga holidays around the globe, her retreats combine yoga on the mat with yoga experiences in nature and a little adventure, to really offer people the thrill and excitement of discovering themselves spiritually, physically and mentally during this unique holiday experience. During your Top Hill week, Nicole will be offering Yoga, bodyART, Core Training, Body Toning and is will be your guide for the afternoon noon activities.
