A day retreat at the start of the crazy festive season.

This day will clear the way for breathing your way through life with enhanced energy, greater insight, huge delight and a deep sense of calm and connectedness.

The day will begin with a opening mindful movement session combining yoga, conscious breathing and a moving meditation led by Kirsten.

The yoga session will set us up for the Transformational Breath work led by Elif and her assistants.

There will be two fully TB breathing sessions; a morning one and an afternoon one.

And a hearty homemade communal lunch will be provided.

The group will be small and intimate for intense quality work. You will be very well looked after and supported.

Studio Orchard offers is a breathing space and a healing place. The focus is on making positive change in your body and your life and on finding awareness and insight.

This breath work is transformational and works across multiple levels; physically by increasing flow in the circulatory and respiratory systems; mentally and emotionally by accessing the sub-conscious enabling integration of long held negative self-beliefs and old traumas and spiritually through a deep connection to source in whichever you feel this. Some report visions, communion or deep insight and peace.

It can help manage asthma and breathing conditions, stress + burn out, depression, anxiety, sleep issues, reproductive health, pain and convalescence.

It is hugely cleansing and enlightening.

The technique is empowering, safe and powerful. It is something that you can learn and use for the rest of your life. It is suitable for everyone of all ages and all levels of fitness or background.

The technique uses a particular breathing pattern that creates a high frequency and this is combined with some hands on pressure point work and well placed positive affirmations.

Music is used within the session. The transformational breath work is done lying down or seated.

The only requirement is for you to be brave and have an open mind and support for your fellow participants.

The day will include; movement, lecture, discussion, demonstration and embodied learning.
