Transformational Breath is a technique that uses a high vibrational frequency that highly oxygenates the system along with positive affirmations and pressure point release. The work releases long held tension from your respiratory system, oxygenates the cells and accesses the subconscious to clear negative thoughts and self-lifting beliefs. It has been proven to help with cancer, heart conditions, chronic fatigue, insomnia, depression, anxiety and fertility issues.

The workshop will consist of some lecture, demos and a perfect breathing session.
