Please arrive 2.30pm prompt as workshop starts at 2.30pm and finishes at 7pm. You will need to wear comfortable lose clothing, also please do bring something warm to wear during mediation. There are shower facilities available but please bring your own towel if you wish to use them. We will provide water but you are welcome to bring your own bottles. There is a cafe attached to the venue where you can purchase hot drinks and healthy food.



Three individual workshops based around the guiding principles of Sensual Healing Harmony. They are designed as stand-alone workshops or as a series of three at £85 per workshop.

Full Description

The third workshop in a three part women only journey, centred on Transformational Breathing and Yin Yoga.

Workshop three will represent healing, influencing our self-esteem and realising our power for transformation focusing on the third Chakra, Manipura. In this workshop, we will energise our inner fire, restore vitality so we are able to move from the strength of our core.

The Yin Sequence in workshop three will focus on the upper abdomen and upper back with reference to the heart. Through abdominal strengtheners, twists and passive backbends we will gain a greater understanding of our true personal power .

Three wonderful women only workshops centred on Transformational Breathing and Yin Yoga.
These specially created 4.5 hour workshops will help reconnect you to your body, recharge your energy and slow your mind, through gentle Breathe and Yoga. All ages and fitness levels welcomed.
