Full Description

Walking is beneficial for heart and improves the mood, especially if done with full awareness connecting us to the Mother Earth. We will touch the plants with respect and love, we will feel the scent of the forest and listen to the sounds of the Nature.

Stay mindful. You will notice the difference!

Every day we will cover by foot some parts of the Nature Reserve and will make stops to take the energetic baths in the Pietraporciana forest. We will do it through yoga: the conscious movement of the body will help to connect with the Self. Your energy will follow the Nature’s flow and you will immediately feel the well-being.

During this retreat, a great importance will also be given to the food, focusing on nourishment rather than eating. What we put inside our body becomes part of us. This is why it is important to eat a good quality food with positive energy. During this retreat you will enjoy vegetarian dishes, based on home grown organic ingredients, prepared with love by the mamma Carmela.

The afternoons will be dedicated to the deepening of your yoga practice, with detailed and clear explanations of the asanas (yoga positions). We will help you to personalize your practice, following your needs and goals. You will leave this retreat with a rich knowledge allowing you to continue your wellness routine by yourself.
