n these 3 hour workshops Hilde will guide you through a flow sequence of yoga, tribal fusion dance isolations and tribal fusion travelling sequences. Inspired by Vinyasa or Flow Yoga, each section of class will flow seamlessly into the next. Each class we will work on new combinations, working on technique and stylisation of the dance. The workshops can be taken individually or as part of a series. the level of each workshop is open to all levels, but a basic understanding of tribal fusion techniques is required.
Sabio

We will be joined by talented musician Sabio, who will be playing live music during the class. His eclectic style is the perfect combination of Hilde's vision in these workshops. Together, they will create a unique experience. So don't miss out!

Please bring: a yoga mat, a yoga block or pillow (optional), a belt (optional), a note book and plenty of water and snack if needed.
