Ashtanga & Vinyasa Flow 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training Course in GOA, Level 1. Every year Tribe offers Teacher Trainings in North Goa, attracting a large group of international students who would like to study yoga whilst enjoying sun, sea and sand in their free time. The large teaching team (4-6 teachers) on the Goa training is made up of a vibrant group of experienced teachers who each bring their own individual practice and understanding to share with the trainees. The venue offers one of the most beautiful yoga shalas in the Goa area, set on the side of two tranquil lakes and offering us a very beautiful and nature rich retreat space to study and practice in.

Check-in:12pm on the start date (Sunday) of the training.
The opening ceremony begins at you want to check in days earlier this may be possible.
Check out:11am on the Saturday morning.
The closing ceremony is on the last Friday of the training from 11am -1pm
We advise students to arrange on-going travel arrangements for the Saturday. Leaving on the the Friday night is also possible.

In particular the Goa trainings are a melting pot of different personalities, cultures, backgrounds, ideas & experiences inviting each person to broaden their perspective and venture on a very special, diverse, unique and exciting journey of new friendships, new growth and new horizons.
The venue is located between the seaside villages of Aramabol and Mandrem in Arambol Dando. Just a short stroll from the beach it offers simple accommodation overlooking two tranquil lakes surrounded by palm trees. The rooms set in nature and are have a simple rustic feeling.
THE LOCAL AREA
Mandrem and Arambol are situated on the coast of North Goa. An area rich with wildlife, birds, thick lush nature, beautiful beaches and hot sunny days.
Mandrem is unique with a wide open beach and great swimming conditions. A comfortable 35 min stroll along the beach from Mandrem is Arambol which is a bit more vibrant. Both places with have lots of bars, restaurants and shops attracting musicians, artists, spiritual seekers, hippies and travellers.
North Goa is becoming famous for the growing number of activities, workshops and gatherings, including music lessons, drumming courses, massage courses, caperao sessions, meditation, open mike sessions, kite surfing (the list goes on!!) and lots of different styles of yoga being offered in the area
South of Mandrem you will be able stroll along for miles and miles of sandy beach with the odd beach restaurant in which you can take refreshment and enjoy the beauty of the Arabian sea.
