Enjoy Fun, easy Dance Fitness, Belly Dance and Hula Technique and a Relaxing Yoga Stretch. Great if you can't afford the time or money for separate sessions. Sensible yet effective routines suitable for any age. Fun balanced sessions, with each modality occupying about 1/3rd of the session.

Following an intelligent dance/yoga/fitness warmup, DANCE FITNESS lifts the energy and mood with doable, enjoyable routines; Through BELLY DANCE and HULA we mobilze parts we don't normally move, bringing greater flow, release, strength, stamina and beauty; while our YOGA STRETCH extends, eases and energizes with languid, delicious, restful poses, including that for deep relaxation.
