Trifit Try Out is a Beginners/Seniors/Remedial to Intermediate level fitness programme with a difference. Its fun and friendly, in a small group. Learn to sensibly mobilize and warm up, enjoy dance fitness at your pace, indulge in the exotic ease of Mid-Eastern (Belly) Dance and find peace and softness in a gentle Yoga Stretch and true relaxation

Standing practices to warm up; steps to build confidence, self esteem, and health on all levels; Belly Dance for inner and outer beauty, building up of your power, flexibility and strength while learning cultural practices (dressing up optional); Yoga breath practices, poses and stretches appropriate to the group, easing out and avoiding any muscle tension and bringing comfort, ease and delicious sensations of release; Relaxation and/or Meditation.
