A weekend to release and re-energize.

Every moment is a crossroads. When you are in awareness life seems to flow more easily, experiences are more vibrant and you remember your own state of being. You are invited to a get-away of gentle movements and techniques of insight to uplift your wellbeing. Lokananda has been called "The closest venue we have to a traditional ashram in Adelaide to allow you to be immersed in the full yogic experience. The ambiance of the old stone buildings and country setting contribute beautifully to the retreat."

Your teachers: Known for her humour and accessibility, Swami Dayananda (Nancy Jackson) is a senior yoga teacher and feature-writer for Australian Yoga Life magazine, publishing on a wide range of topics for inner wisdom. Marianne Zanelli adds her infectious enthusiasm and commitment to yoga basics as the foundation for an ongoing practice; she teaches at Cosmic Yoga Studio.

The weekend is eligible for Yoga Australia CPD points. Includes shared accommodation and outstanding vegetarian meals created from fresh produce.
