Tween Yoga 8-12 Yrs olds
Children 8-12 Years of age will be able to build strength and flexibility through yoga poses that are taught in an engaging, fun and interactive way, by combining story telling. They are also taught techniques to help concentration, focus, and relaxation, that they can use in their everyday lives.
