Tween/Teen Yoga (ages 11-17)
Participants will learn classic Yoga poses to use as a foundation for exploring fun and challenging AcroYoga and Partner Yoga postures.
This class is great for developing focus, confidence, ambition and respectful connections with others.
No Yoga experience necessary – just the willingness to have fun!
