Two Day Yoga and Meditation Workshop with Hargobind Singh, BCN
In Believe we continue our inner work as individuals. Our efforts to know ourselves, to understand that secret which makes us alive and allows us to feel connected, is tempered by our desire to experience an inner liberation from all forms of greed and misleading oneself. It is, ultimately, the use of greater reason. To know the world and to know your role in it. In this workshop, we look at what these words mean to us, how we have come to believe in who we are up to this minute and the possibility to find those defining thoughts which tell us who we are as individuals. Believe is believing in our creative thought processes, developing them and allowing them to become our future motivation and reason for being.
The Workshop is based on three solid priciples:
1) Kriya – Action, energy. We work on the physical part of you changing your energy levels. If you can feel that what is happening inside of you is different, healthy; you will automatically react positively and creatively with new ideas and resolve.
2) Sunia – Listening. Meditation is the art of listening to what is happening inside of you. It is concentrating on vital issues such as the way you feel, your inner drives, what happened yesterday and what can happen today. It is the process to live in the “here and now”.
3) Shanti – Peace. Shanti is entering into the «flow». Perceiving movement and the natural laws of the universe which are all around us. It is about «stilling» the mind and finding that creative place within yourself. Where self-love starts and our capacity to love and have concern for others. It is where we all want to go no matter what it is that we do in life.
