Full Description

During these two days we will be doing warm-ups for the body and the breathing, including harmonious breathing excercises to relax and open up the breathing and to help us understand each phase of the breathing and each way of holding the breath. We will study how to apply each of the 5 ways of holding the air: the open hold, the directed hold, the contracted hold, the closed hold and the empty hold, by learning the yantras from the first and the second series, and we will practice the Pranayamas
