In this workshop we focus on body-mind awareness in the area of your back, from the 1st Vertebra (Atlas) to the Coccyx by practicing and observing common daily activities. We are then going to place this knowledge in a slow and deep Yoga sequence.
By the end of this workshop you will have a more clear understanding of your body’s habitual way and you will be able to take away self-techniques to practice at home, on and off the mat.

The Workshop is open to everyone, also to complete beginners.
