In celebration of University Mental Health Awareness Day, Roots Yoga invites you to join us for a yoga workshop focusing on asana, pranayama and theory to help us to understand and improve our mental and physical wellbeing, and that of others. Suitable for anyone at university, school or have a friend/relative part of an educational institution that they want to understand, empathise and help. This workshop will assist you to not only help others, but to help yourself and to change your perspective of life. Prices are £5 per person with limited space for 6 people maximum.
