It is a well-known fact these days that yoga and meditation are considered powerful practices that shape our brain and physiology.
It is exciting to know that through regular yoga practice we can improve mental and physical health.

And that is great news because this means that whoever you are, where ever you are, you can make use of this technology to fulfil your highest potential.

This Kundalini Yoga workshop will explore breath techniques (pranayama), postures (asana) and meditation to help you cultivate awareness towards a conscious and supportive relationship with yourself – the true foundation for wellbeing.

In the workshop we are going to focus on 3rd Chakra, the Solar Plexus. You will
discover its potential and understand what it means to be out of balance in the navel area, how it impacts and hinders your body and mind.

During our time together I will guide you through the different aspects of the body and mind to help activate and balance the solar plexus, and ultimately your relationship to personal power. And by the way, personal power isn’t about power over others, it is about self-mastery – the ability to master your thoughts and emotions, overcome any fear and take appropriate action in any situation.

We will talk about balance, self-confidence and how we value ourselves, digestion (yes, our favorite topic!!) and the true impact of living in our comfort zone.
