Full Description

We take the weekend to unplug from our busy lives, take a few hours of quiet reflection in order to recharge our batteries for life's challenges ahead. We manage to do this by participating in x 4 yoga asana, pranayama and meditation sessions, morning silence (mauna) and walking the labyrinth in silent contemplation. All this accompanied by light, healthy vegetarian meals is guaranteed to leave your mind, body and soul restored to optimum health !
