Upa Yoga - Activate the Joints
Upa Yoga is a simple yet powerful system of exercise that activates the joints, muscles and energy system. Upa Yoga also eases stiffness in tendons and muscles to permit easier movements, improves blood circulation in the body’s main arteries and veins, and aids in releasing accumulated physical and mental tension.

One Session Only: Sunday 8th March 4.00 - 8.00 pm

Participants will gain an in-depth knowledge and feel empowered to practice safely on their own at home.
This program is open to students age 14+ regardless of experience with yoga. Class size is limited so please register now.
