Urban Angel Sunday Chill Out Session
Keeping it simple on a Sunday, wether it's shaking off the remnants of Friday/ Saturday night or continuing an already chilled out few days! Beginning with 5mins breath connection (pranayama), flowing into 35mins opening and stretching movement (asana), reclining into a blissful 20mins guided relaxation meditation.

Arrive 10-15mins early to get settled and ready for a 3pm start. Mats and eye pillows provided. Please bring anything you need to stay warm and cosy including a blanket for the 20mins relaxation. Onezies and pillows welcome, it's all about the comfort!!
Chill out session taught in a welcoming and friendly environment. Mats provided with a choice in the centre of practising on carpeted or wooden floor according to your own preference. Encouraging you to listen to and honour your own body throughout. Promising a truly light and relaxing hour for mind, body and soul!
