Learning to let go is key when it comes to releasing stress, tension, anger, fear, and even illness. During the first part of these monthly group sessions you’ll learn some simple movements, breathing and vibrational techniques that will assist you with doing just that. Whether you are struggling with physical or emotional issues these techniques can be used for releasing negative thought patterns and muscle patterns. We'll end the class with a 30 minute gong meditation which allows our bodies to relax and experience the blissful light feeling we get after releasing the stresses of the day.
