Certified yoga instructor Kristen Lane will lead this class to detoxify your body and spirit, reduce tension, and release stress from your soul. Recenter yourself with a restorative yoga practice, followed by chef-prepared food pairings to accompany a mini wine class with Palate Parters' School of Wine and Spirits' very own flexible oenophile, Deb Mortillaro. No prior yoga experience necessary; this class is open to all levels. Please bring your own mat or beach towel.
