Full Description

With over 20 successful Yoga Teacher Training programs in Canada and Australia, our program continues to evolve and grow, and in 2014 we look forward to continuing to share a comprehensive and inspiring program in both a part-time immersion, and a full-time intensive with yogis of all ages and backgrounds. I hope you will join us!

The Trinity Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training Level I program is designed to immerse you in your yoga practice and maximize your opportunity for growth, wellbeing, education, and support as you embark on the journey to become a Registered Yoga Teacher or advanced practitioner.

Our program is now offered in a more flexible format, allowing students to either complete the full program in a Full-Time or a Part-Time Immersion or choose our Flexi-Schedule and complete each 5-day module of training in their own time.

Each day of your program will include guided yoga practice, breath-work exercises and meditations to deepen your yoga practice, as well as areas of study that will expand your understanding of the philosophies and practices of yoga. The Level I Intensive includes a 12-week online journaling program. This will help to introduce the philosophies at the source of Yoga into your everyday life, as well as help to support your home practice and refine your skills as a teacher.

This 285 hour registered program will provide you with the guidance, practices, techniques and support to begin your own teaching practice. Upon completion of the program, which includes written and practical assessments, you will be awarded with a diploma certifying your competency as a Yoga Teacher. This program is registered internationally with Yoga Alliance, allowing you to use the credentials of Registered Yoga Instructor () and giving you access to group insurance rates, and certification credits with many international fitness, yoga, and mind body organizations. This program is also registered with Yoga Australia, and recognized by Fitness Australia for 15 CEC’s

I look forward to sharing with you the expansive and enlightening experience that is Teacher Training. Our aim is to not only offer a comprehensive foundation for Yoga teachers, but also an opportunity for personal growth and spiritual development. Each student has much to offer of his or her own wisdom and unique experience in this open and dynamic environment.

With our Flexi-Schedule system you can undertake your training module-by-module at a pace that is right for you. Join us for one or more modules to begin your journey, or add to your knowledge as a teacher.
