Vinyasa Krama: Designing a flow class
Learning methods for teaching and practicing Flow yoga safely, effectively; and with variations such as combining stillness with flow & pranayama with movement.

Flow or Vinyasa is very popular and have great benefits for both mind and body. But flowing from one pose to another should have an intelligent plan that promotes wellness and healthy movement.
Learn how to make your flow classes more than just a workout. This workshop will teach methodology; techniques of counter-posing; combinations of stillness of body/flow of breath within a flow sequence; and how pranayama within flow can change the dynamics.
Open to yoga teachers and yoga students who would like a better understanding of flow yoga, and how to bring it to your personal or teaching practice safely and effectively.
