Learn how to Unravel and Unwind your entire body through the artistic fusion of Myofascial Release, Yin Yoga, and Vinyasa Flow. Starting from our very connection to the Earth, our feet and working our way up the body systematically targeting the major joints and muscle groups. By opening those “stuck” areas of the body, you will experience newfound spaciousness and freedom.

Starting with some Yin poses, while the muscles are still cool, to be still and wake up the body slowly - not striving to stretch, yet with the potential of achieving a deeper level of release than active Asana; moving in to some subtle strengthening warm up movements and flowing Vinyasa sequences to strengthen, mobilize and find focus. Winding down with stiller Asana and Myofascial release ending with relaxation.

Expect literature to keep, lecture, theory & practicum, Question & Answer, Practice, and full body release, ending with a short yoga Nidra.

This workshop can be used as 4 CEU’s with Yoga Alliance.
