Vinyasa Yoga Classes
The class involves a sequence of postures, focusing on linking breath with movement in a dynamic flow to leave you feeling energised, invigorated and relaxed.

£9 per class to drop-in
£45 for a 6 class pass (valid 3 months from first class)
My belief is that yoga is about learning to respect your body whilst daring to push your limits to improve the strength and flexibility of body and mind. I strive to create a practice that is challenging, dynamic, and fun for all degrees of flexibility.
Pay either drop in rate of £9 or decide to do go for block booking of 6 classes at £45 ( £7.50 a class). The block must be used up within 8 week period.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in. Yoga is done in bare feet. I would also recommend not eating for 1-2 hours before class.
A limited number of mats are available to use but if you have one of your own please can you bring it.
